Cabinet Me. Badis Koubakji
Badis Koubakji is an attorney, member in good standing of the Tunisian Bar since 2010. He holds a Master's degree in Political Science obtained in 2010. Since 2014,
he works in the field of immigration and international mobility. Mr. Koubkji has developed the ability to establish research partnership networks to facilitate the exchange of information and strengthen knowledge sharing.
This know-how is the result of six years of professional experience acquired in the League of Arab States as a press assistant in the office of the Director General of the Arab Organization for Education Culture and Science from 2003 to 2008 (ALECSO).
During this period he participated in the organization and planning of international symposia and round tables with the partnership of the World Organization for Education, Culture and Science (UNESCO), the JTZ Foundation, the Konrad Foundation -Adenauer, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Foundation, the European Union and the Council of Europe. Among his many activities,
he has contributed to the magazine ALECSO NEWS in Arabic and French and to the scientific preparation of several strategic plans in the fields of the culture of education and science in the Arab world. Mr. Koubkji is a regular on several television and radio programs in the Canadian media such as TVA and Radio Canada and in the newspaper La Presse; Tunisia, Lebanon and Algeria on topics related to terrorism and radicalization, including cases of enlisting young Tunisian men and women in Syria.
In doing so, he has enlightened Canadian public opinion on this phenomenon, from his capacity as a communicator, human rights advocate, advocate and negotiator, enabling him to act as a facilitator between the two worlds - Arab and Western - and to build a reputation within Canadian civil society.
